Shipping policy

We work with trusted print and fulfilment partners to bring our resources to life and get them to your door safely. Most of our items are printed or packed to order, which means a little extra time on the front end - but it’s worth the wait.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, then shipped straight to you. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the move, so you can follow its journey home.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the type of item, but most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Some items may ship separately if they come from different fulfilment partners.

We currently ship within Australia (and may expand soon!). If you’re outside our delivery zone and really want something, email us - we’ll see what we can do.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If there’s a mistake, let us know ASAP - we can’t guarantee changes once the order’s been submitted.
