Returns and Refunds

Physical Items

We have a 30-day return policy for our physical items. That means you’ve got 30 days after receiving your order to get in touch if something’s not right. Because many of our products are made-to-order (or downloadable), we’re a little different from your usual return process - but we’re still here to help.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is perfect). To start a return, email us at info@bigfeelingsco.com. We’ll provide a return address and instructions - please don’t send anything back without contacting us first. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label and get things moving.

Digital Products

For digital products, because downloads are instantly accessible, we don’t offer refunds unless there’s a technical fault - but if something’s not working or you need help accessing your file, just reach out. We’ll always do our best to make it right.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if something is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll fix it, no stress.

We don’t accept returns on digital downloads (unless faulty), sale items, gift cards, or anything that’s been used or altered.

If you need something different, the easiest way is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once we’ve processed your refund.

EU Customers

For customers in the EU: you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it - no explanation needed. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t seen the funds, contact us at info@bigfeelingsco.com
